Hello, I have the 6tb my cloud storage network. wdbctl++++++±10 from what I have been reading it will update to the new os5. I try to update the firmware the regular way and says unable to connect to the update server please check the network. I have even tried to update manually it opens the files but just sits there with a (%) and does nothing else. my current firmware version is 2.41.116. I am trying to get it updated so I can use the new os5. thanks
