Unable to connect to firmware update server - can't upgrade to OS 5

I have an upgradable device (WDBCTL0040HWT-10 but it does not give me the option to upgrade to OS5. I went to check for updates and got this message:

“Unable to connect to the firmware update server. Please check the network connection and try again.”

I can access the drive remotely, so I assume my internet network connections are ok and I can log onto the console so I assume my network is working fine!

I noticed that even though I have it on automatic update it has not updated since dec 2020. I am on firmware version 2.41.116.

Have you tried downloading the v5.x firmware file and manually installing it through the My Cloud Dashboard?
