Unable to setup because mycloudex2ultra link is not working

Hello! I just received our My Cloud EX2 Ultra. I went to My Cloud and then selected my device to set it up. However, the link http://mycloudex2ultra/ is not working. [Site cannot be reached. Error: DNS_PROBE_FINISHED_NXDOMAIN] Does anyone know what the working link might be? Or what steps I should be taking? (There is no IP address on the bottom of the device.)
