Purchased yesterday and despite following the setup instructions I keep getting redirected to a page that apparently doesn’t exist before completing any setup. Tried the WD online chat but can’t access any agents (I’m in Australia). Help please!

Just disable your adblocker and the WD pages will appear fine.
