Broken Link When Setting Up My WD X2 Ultra

I just got my WD drive (EX2 Ultra) and I can’t set it up because it keeps going to the broken link site. When I click on any drive, it goes to the same broken link:
http://mycloudex2ultra/
It’s ridiculous and unprofessional from WD. Does anyone know how set it up any other way? Also, can the drive be used as external drive at least? I think at this point it’s useless.
