My Cloud ex 2 ultra

I have an old my cloud Ex2 Ultra, the power cord, ethernet cable and usb- But, that’s about it. It is from my old office that is defunct. I plugged it in and get 2 blue lights and the blue blinking one. the blinking has sort of stopped, but it’s not as bright. I powered it up, connected the ethernet cable to my home router and plugged the usb into my laptop. It won’t connect to anything and this is as far as I get. My IT guy wanted to changed the passwords etc, but the link he gave me- mycloudex2ultra.com - doesn’t work. Can you help me at all?!?!
