Unable to see Mycloud under Network

The WD Mycloud device is connected with my PC in well …and I can access it through the Desktop App.

But it has a  problem such that  the device doesn’t show up under network list when open it by window explorer…

I have 2 Apple Notebooks which both are running in Window7 but only one has this problem whilst the other works in fine . Very  strange finding…Can anyone give me a help to fix it ??

Hello, 

Are you able to map the drive? If yes, try that and make sure you select the option to reconnect at log on.

Already tried WD discovery to map it …but NOT work… I can see the shares in table but it showed " ERROR " when I pressed map button. See attached screenshot.
