I use a Windows 7 PC and I used to see my WD MyCloud drive under my Network. I had also mapped drives to my shares on the MyCloud drive. My PC is on the same network as MyCloud drive. How can I make MyCloud drive visible under Network so I can use my mapped drives?
There are many reasons why you are unable to see your unit.
What’s the color of the LED? Did you try a hard reset using the switch on the back of the unit? Can you access the unit’s Dashboard? Can you access the unit using the Desktop app?
