Hiya - I have my cloud attached to two smart tv’s and two xboxes. An xbox and TV is connected to the router through a powerline adapter and the other ones directly to the router.
Last week my cloud stopped showing up on my TV’s and xboxes - I can still access it over wifi through my phone and laptop. Also if I disconnect the cables and turn on wifi on the xbox and TV it picks up the cloud.
I powered down the router and unplugged the smart plaugs and the cloud appeared for an hour or so after I plugged everthing back in for an hour or so and then disapeared again.
I reset my router last night and again the coud appeared again for an hour or so and then this morning it has dispeared again.
I have never had any issues with my cloud in the 5 years of owning it - does anyone have any ideas what may going on?
Edit: I have now discovered that if I turn off my router for five minutes and then turn it back on again my cloud appears on my Smart TV and I can access my files - it then disapears again. It looks like the firmware on my router was automatically updated a couple of weeks ago which I think is around the time that this started happening - any ideas on how to fix this?
