My cloud and my cloud home not able to detact or link

I have an old 3tb my cloud , and i buy a new 3tb my cloud home recently. i put them together into my router (asus rt-n18u) , but only one devices can be detacted. i wan to connect both in a same router. but i cant , may someone help me to solve this problem ?

my both mycloud and mycloud home also register under a same email address, will it affect this ?

E-Mail address won’t effect it, try swapping the LAN cable from the one that can be detected to the other one. It may be as simple as a dodgy cable

What brand of router do you have and are you able to look and see what devices are connected to the router? If both are showing then have you rebooted your computer or device you are using to see if they both show?
