I have a My Cloud and have recently got a My Cloud Home. I would like to move the files on the My Cloud to the My Cloud Home and can not seen to get it done. My network does not see the My Cloud since I installed the My Cloud Home. I can get a list of the files and even open them, but can not move them to the new My Cloud Home. Thank you for any and all help with this problem.

One suggestion if you haven’t done so already. Make sure the two devices have different IP addresses and have different unique names.
Another suggestion is to turn off all devices on the local network including the router. Then turn the router on and wait for it to boot up. Then turn on each WD device one at a time waiting for each one to boot up. Then boot your computer last and see if it will access both WD devices.
