Unable to copy files to Shared Music using IMAC

Hi - I am using WD My Cloud EX2 Ultra. I am unable to copy into Shared Music folder.

my itunes is saved in Public root – i want to move the music folder to shared music so that i can access itunes on other apple devices thru NAS.

once i enter the password - it doesnt copy and exits.

Please help.

i tried in windows too - i says no access to shared music folder.

Have you tried checking the permissions on the shares?

Also, try resetting the unit and the router to refresh the connection.

thanks for the reply and suggestion. i will try resetting the unit.
the shared music folder i assume is default as part of factory setting and resides in the public folder. the pblic folder assess share access is on. attached is the screen short.
