Can't write to "Shared Folder"

Hi,

I wanted to copy music files to “Shared Folder” to consolidate my Itunes library and then use it in my network. But when I want to copy the files I’m told I don’t have writing privileges.

I’m on MacOS 10.14.6., MyCloud 3TB, 2.31.204.

Access the My Cloud Dashboard and change the user permissions for the Shared folder (this assumes the Share is a Private Share).
