Public folder can't be access

Hi, I can’t access my default Shared Folders like Shared Pictures, Shared Videos, Shared Music. I have the following error in Shared Pictures.

The folder “Shared Pictures” can’t be opened because you don’t have permission to see its contents.

I am logged in with the same user that setup the Drive
