My Cloud admin set to daapd, cannot write to drive

Inexplicably, all folders on My Cloud have been set to daapd access for read and write. I’m using Mac at El Capitan. I’m at the current firmware. Also, since I read that this might be iTunes related, I’ve since disabled iTunes streaming and rebooted the drive. This did not help. iTunes version is 12.5. Thanks for any advice.

Hello,

See if the following link helps

I can open and read files and folders but I’m not allowed to write to any folders on any of the shares. This issue literally appeared overnight without any changes being made to the drive. What would cause “daapd” to suddenly become the admin?
