No writing permission on MyCloud

So I set up my brandnew MyCloud and stored a lot of data on it and now I can’t write on it any more. Reading is no problem, so I’m able to acess the files that are already on it. When I’m checking in the finder on my mac it seems a user called “daapd” has been created. I’m on the newest firmware and I also tried rebooting, I tried turning of “Media Server” and “iTunes Server” and I even did a factory reset.

I don’t want to perform a full system restore since I would have to copy over everything again. I’m now running a thorough system diagnostics but it takes forever.

Does anyone know what this could be? Please help!

Welcome to the Community.

Did you test if you are able to add files via the desktop app, the mobile app, or another computer?

This, perhaps?

Yes I tried both, the desktop app and the mobile app but I can’t add files or create folders. I didn’t try another computer though. Thanks for the heads up on the maintenance mode.
