Hello,
my drive MyCloud was working perfectly, I accessed it from the macbook and mobile but one day, it stopped the back copies from the mobile´s pictures and when I connect from mac I can see all the folders and files but I cannot delete, move or write anything on MyCloud.
I tried to install the new firmware but I can´t. It seems like MyCloud was only on read mode.
All the permission to the folders are well configured. I don´t know what else to do.
Any idea, please?
