Playing MyCloud music via iTunes

Hi,

I have set up music in the shared music folder in MyCloud and in iTunes i can click on the shared libraries and then MyCloud. My I do that I am able to view all my songs on it but i can not play anything. Does anyone know why that its? Btw I am using a Macbook Air 2014.

What happens when you go directly to the share and try to play the same files?

I tried out the same song i uploaded to MyCloud and on my mac, it plays completely fine from the mac but once i click on the mycloud share in itunes and see the song it wont play… nothing comes up as an error… it just does not play.
