Unable to connect to the drive

I have the MyCloud EX2 Ultra.

Everything was working fine till last night and since morning I haven’t been able to access the drive through local IP (from the router) nor through remotely through the apps.

I can’t access the dashboard. However, my Plex server is working fine. I can stream stuff to my iPhone.

Any ideas on how to access the drive dashboard without having to hard power down the drive?
