Can't access device remotely

I’m not at home right now so I will update once I am. I’m trying to login to OS5 right now and it won’t accept my password. App simply does nothing, desktop says “something went wrong, please check internet connection.” Is there some sort of outage currently?

My device is an EX2 Ultra.

Glad it’s not just me, then! I tried to set it to Static - result - a £150 brick - the reset button has also come loose, so I couldn’t even do that - had to stump up another £150 to get a replacement diskless version - had issues with Plex for a while - wouldn’t sustain a connection - seems to have repaired itself - I have also found it impossible to access the dashboard from any other web address than my own - even on my data! Using Plex for music and on data or someone’s wi-fi (with their permission) is like having the world’s biggest (in capacity) iPod in the smallest box (an iPhone) - anything up to 8 terabytes of music - that’s almost every album in existence - I have two 2 TB disks, set to Raid 1, the mirrored version - with four disks (including the original USB ones I copied the contents from), it would take a major disaster for me to lose the lot!
