I cannot get the dashboard when typing the IP

Hello,
my problem is that I can get to my file thru myCloud and the list of drives on my mac.
If I digit the IP of my EX2 Ultra it does not take username and/or password.
I tried resetting everything according to the instructions in WD site, turning it on and off and all other good things. Nothing happens, so, basically, I can get my files but cannot get my dashboard.
I see no solutions.
Any help?

@Armando57 My Cloud Home, this Sub-forum is for, does not have a Dashboard.

You may want to place your topic in the correct sub-forum for your device. what Firmware/OS is on your device?
