I cannot open the dashboard

Hello,
my problem is that I can get to my file thru myCloud and the list of drives on my mac.
If I digit the IP of my EX2 Ultra it does not take username and/or password.
I tried resetting everything according to the instructions in WD site, turning it on and off and all other good things. Nothing happens, so, basically, I can get my files but cannot get my dashboard.
I see no solutions.
Any help?

If one’s My Cloud has been updated to OS5 firmware it is possible the OS5 indexing is the cause for not being able to access the My Cloud Dashboard. One can wait and see if the indexing ever finishes.
