Unable to access, white blinking led for 3 days

Hi there community, my company having 1 My Cloud Home - Personal Storage device but currently we have issue on using it.

this device already setup around 1 year ago and now we bring it over to new office but when it powered on the white led blink rapidly. I look into user manual it state it is in image recovery mode and it being in this condition for 3 days. I wonder if it is normal to take that long for recovering. I sent a technical support to WD but no reply from their side up to now.

Seek for help in this community. thank you.

Consider incident closed as my device front led behavior show strobe light and after test out the Ethernet cable and power adapter final judgement will be hardware failure.
