Hello.
I have my cloud home 6TB, It’s not working for 5-6 months, show it’s always offline and the white led is blinking slow. I try to reconnect, try to get in, restart, nothing helps. I have a lot of stuff in it, so I can’t do hard reset. I’ll be happy to know what is my options to get all my stuff from there.

Have you considered looking at some of the support videos on blinking LED and file a support ticket with WD tech?
