My Cloud home "Offline", slow blinking LED

I am trying to access my ‘My cloud Home’ and the device is not being detected on any of my computers, or by the app on. my phone. The disk is running but does stop if left for a while and the LED on the front of the device is slowly blinking.

I’ve tried plugging it in via ethernet, but can’t access the part that has my files on, as I don’t know the name or password for it. Don’t ever remember setting that bit up. My email and account password doesn’t seem to work.

I need help please to recover my data. I’m using a mac.
