Since yesterday afternoon, my Cloud Home storage which is a 2TB has been offline. It started after a power cut and hence it never came back online.
It keeps on with a slow breathing for several hours but never a steady light.
I’ve tried to
- unplugged everything, wait for some minutes and connect everything back.
- Factory reset - 60+ sec and the detach device from mycloud.com
I already created a support case and until now, I did not receive any updates.
Can anyone help on this?
