Since installing u-verse, Mycloud does not fully initialize. Initialization stops at the point of the blinking amber led and never turns blue. I have reset the drive and returned to factory settings. Any suggestions?
Blinking amber means no network connection. Try rebooting your router.
What did you install u-verse on?
Oh, I forgot u-verse is an AT&T service, not a program; it seems the u-verse router can’t autonegotiate a connection with the MyCloud. An Ethernet switch or old router between them seems to sort the problem.
