MyCloud LAN Connectivity

I am having trouble getting network connectivity on MyCloud. Front light is amber, Link light is off and activity light is blinking like its trying to connect.

I have tried on my Uverse Router and also tried installing an intermediate switch which is showing solid communications form the router to the switch and but the above lights from the MyCloud to the Switch. I have also swapped cables and tested using known good cables and still the same. I believe this started a while ago (months) when there was a firmware update but I haven’t really tried to reconnect since. It was working without issue prior to the update.

Any help or recommendations would be appreciated.

Have you tried resetting MyCloud and router?
