Hello ,
is it normal that the " twonkey server" : forget from time to time set folders with media content (9000) ?
I back up my files from laptop with SmartWare . Consequently, the media files are located in the subfolders of the SmartWare release .
I also use these files for streaming on the network. About the " Twonkey Server" website I have set the subfolders and contents . If I’m a day later einlogge the shares are back on standard release (main folder SmartWare ) .
What am I doing wrong ? Or overwrites the " WD MyCloud Dashboard " although the settings I change nothing in the dashboard?
The dashboard settings will always override the Twonky-managed settings.
If you reboot or do other tasks within the dashboard, it can cause the same behavior. Sharing settings are best managed by the Dashboard, not manual configuration of Twonky.

Would it be possible then for the WD software engineers to give adequate settings in the Dashboard ? The Dashboard settings for Twonky are extremely limited (On or Off) if memory serves me correctly.
It’s a crazy situation where the settings are overwritten or reset.
