WD Cloud Twonky server default settings issue

Hi

My WD cloud is default settings are resetting every week.

The Twonky server goes is supposed to be /shares/Public and is resetting back to Public and therefore is unable to find any files when I try to play via my TV

Can you please advise how to fix this? I have the latest firmware.

I’m afraid I don’t have a gen2/v2 device, so can’t help if that’s what you have.

However, it’s unusual to prefix Public with shares in the Twonky UI. /Public is equivalent to /shares/Public. The /shares bit is on the linux file system side, and is hidden in the file server file structure.
