Two red lights but both drives are good

I have 2 wd red hard drives both were working fine, all lights were solid blue. Then all of a suddent both lights went red. Ive reset the case but i still have two red lights.

If i remove one, the other is fine and the light goes blue. If i swap them, the other is fine and goes blue. Putting them both back in, they both go red again.

Has the case gone wrong? Is there anywhere i can sendit to get it looked at? Anyone else had the same issue?

Im on os5 and have 1 4tb and 1 6tb.

Any help would be apprectiated

Since both drives are functioning individually, it’s unlikely that both drives are faulty, but you should still verify their health. Check the SMART status of each drive using a tool like CrystalDiskInfo or the NAS’s built-in diagnostics if available. Scan for bad sectors on each drive.
