Trouble logging into account, forgot password is not working

Hi, I have pulled my MyCloud unit back out for use, but now my account won’t login for justinnmreina@gmail.com. And when I click ‘Forgot Password’ I get no emails, how do I log back into my device? I have tried ‘Forgot Password’ a times over the past two weeks

There is a lot of data there, how do I get logged back into my WD account to access my MyCloud again?

Where I am using login credentials stored in my LastPass

First, check your spam or junk folder and confirm you’re using the correct registered email. If you’re on the same local network as the MyCloud device, try accessing it directly using its IP address from Windows Explorer (\[device-IP]) or Mac Finder (smb://[device-IP]). Use the local login credentials, not the WD cloud account.
If that doesn’t work, press and hold the reset button on the back of the device for 4 seconds while it’s powered on. This resets the admin password and network settings but keeps your data. After that, try logging in with the username “admin” and no password. If nothing works, go to https://support-en.wd.com/app/ask, provide your device model, registered email, and explain the issue.
