I have a MyCloud Home on my Mac. I have forgotten the password for access. I can log in as a guest, but for the life of me, after all of these years, I cannot remember the password. I have tried everyone that I can think of. I get a screen that says it will send an email but the email never comes. I have tried 2 different email addresses, checked spam folders, nothing, no email from WD. Please. What are my options here? Should I just copy everything I can and reformat the disk. Or is there any way to recover the passord. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
