My wife recently tried to acess My Cloud Home and as she was unsure of her password she managed to lock us both out of the account.
Currently receiving this error when I try to login:
“We have detected suspicious login behavior and further attempts will be blocked. Please contact the administrator”
IMPORTANT:We recommend using a strong password with a length between eight to twenty characters using a combination of symbols, numbers, upper and lower case letters.
The email address entered must be correctly spelled and already exist in the Western Digital Account database for an My Cloud OS 5, My Cloud Home product account. Using an incorrect email address will not result in successfully delivery of an email to your inbox.
