Your account has been blocked after multiple consecutive login attempts

I am trying to enable cloud access on os5 app to our WD my cloud device but I get the following error when I try to login “Your account has been blocked after multiple consecutive login attempts” under the “Cloud Account for Device Owner: admin” tab on my device. How do I get this unlocked to be able to login and enable cloud access? When I tried via my phone it said to contact administrator - how do I do this?

Did you set up a new account in OS5 with the new password requirements?

I’m looking to unblock an existing account. It’s an admin account.
