Unable to Login WD MyCloud

2023-08-12 Los_Angeles. For a while I was able to login as admin and reached the MyCloud Dashboard, all was good. The next login gave me “Userid or password Incorrect”, Tried again with same creds-- same result, “Userid or password Incorrect”. Here is what I have done, aside from contacting Support – good intentions, but no fix: 1. Did the 4sec power reset procedure
2. Did the 40 sec rest procedure.
3. Click on Win10 File explorer Mycloud icon - it produced a ‘change password’ form, it produced a 2FA form, entered code into form it produce a “oops something went wrong page”, sent me back to the Change password form. I did this last step three times and gave up. Loop to nowhere! I checked Win10 credentials to include MYCloud and password. Same result as above. I can not get signed in and to the MyCloud Dashboard. What did I miss, any ideas?
