Suddenly Mapped Folder Missing/Deleted

After hours searching and reading about mapped drive disappeared, i dont believe that is my issue as the drive appears but my content folder has gone and the troubleshooter says the address does not exist. It was working fine until last night.
I had bought a mini pc to run as a media server to replace this MyCloud and was in the process of copying all the files across to a external usb drive (about 15% in it seems to have stopped as the folder has gone and now i am not able to find it again and cant remap it now due to the fact windows cant see it thanks to the lack of support from WD.

It cant be a coincidence it happened mid copy and the fact a new windows 11 computer was accessing it (was fine on a windows 10 up until now), so something must have changed but what?? I cant access it on either PC.

Ok, solved it thanks to a simple reading of a page on this forum about logging in to the dashboard and going to manage device. Then turn off the local access and renable it. After creating a new username and password, all now seems ok.

No idea why it happened in the first place though after 5 years of working perfectly.
