Tried Mapping my drive today, Which I do daily and It takes me to the following issue. It is usually the Z drive that I map the browse folders pops up and I usually clink on it. But today it is nowhere to be found. Can someone help me with this as I have a deadline to meet and the files I need to adjust are on here! FYI, I have disconnected power supply, network cable, rebooted and still nothing.

Did you try resetting the device by pressing the reset button? Also, try again using these instructions on the link below and as an alternative, see if you can map it with WD Access:
