Hi I can only connect through WiFi on my android phone when I want to connect through data plan it always says Network failure!!
Please fix this soon!
Have uninstalled app called your support did everything you said me to do!

its the same from the ios app and android app all showing network connection errors.
there are so many complaints on android play store.
I solved the problem temporarely downloaded the older version of the app for android.
That worked fine on every connection not only on wifi.
