Solid yellow led

We had a power cut at home and now my cloud has a solid yellow led I have tried 40 sec rest 4 sec rest and have left off for half an hour nothing works
Can anyone help

What version of My Cloud do you have … Gen 1 or Gen 2?
Have you checked your router to see what the new IP is for your My Cloud after the power outage? - or- even of the router can see the My Cloud?

Have you tried resetting or rebooting your router?

I have the same problem, did u find a solution?

Hi I tried lots of things time and time again the only thing that worked was I unplugged it for a day then plugged it back and it started to work again
