How do I reset mycloud password?
If you cannot log into the Dashboard because you forgot the Administrator password, then you can perform a 4 second reset via the reset button on the back of the My Cloud.

Option A: 4 Second Reset (Reset with Power On)
The 4 Second Reset will reset the following:
Admin Password (No password by default)
Network Mode (Default = Dynamic Host Configuration Protocol (DHCP))
This doesn’t work. Nor does the 40 second reset. All it lets me do is login using guest which prevents me from going into the “Smartware” folder and seeing any files.
