Recently I have moved to new office, so I need to setup mycloud on new computer,
but I forgot the admin password and I cannot setup mycloud, Please help me.
If one has forgotten the administrator password for their single bay/single drive My Cloud, one can perform a 4 second reset via the reset button on the back of the My Cloud unit. The 4 second reset will reset the administrator password back to the default (blank).
