I’m trying to connect locally using the same WiFi network as my cloud - with the username admin but the password is not working, how do I reset the admin password and manage my other user IDs and passwords?
Nevermind, I found the password.
In the future if you forget the Administrator password for the My Cloud you can perform a 4 second reset which will reset the admin password back to default (blank).
