Haven’t used mycloud in awhile and tried to sign in on my laptop but i’m getting a message from windows security that access is denied and there is nowhere on the page that says “forgot password” to reset. anyone know where i can go to reset ?
There is a reset button on the back of the single bay/single drive My Cloud enclosure. Perform a 4 second reset to reset the administrator password to default (blank). See the following WD Knowledgebase article for more information resetting a My Cloud.
