Our my cloud says it is offline via the app but, my network manager says it is online and the blue light says the same on front. I recently downloaded my cloud OS 5 after not using my cloud for some time. In the 4 days of doing so, this is the second time I have awakened in the morning and the status is offline. I have restarted the device and verified the Ethernet connection is good. The most baffling thing is that my network manager says connected, but the app says I am not. Any one else having this experience?
Restarted router did fix issue.
