Do you have a Windows or Apple computer? Where are you seeing, device offline?

On my Windows PCs under Network I will see this.
On my Dashboard I will see this in Settings>Network.
When I look at my router and list of devices I see this.
Thank you. The problem is I can’t see my dashboard anymore. Last month everything was working perfectly, firmware up to date, etc. Then, a few days ago, I had an interruption in my network. It’s all back working now but the blue light is blinking. I tried resetting, unplugging, etc but can’t get past this message. I’m on a MAC.

Check the link I gave you for the Original User Manual and look at LEDs, Chapter Two and check out Chapter Five too. See if that will help you.
