No Device Found On Network

I’ve been having trouble over the last year connected to my wd cloud.

Wd My Cloud Software 1.0.7.13
Mac Os El Capitan 10.11.6

The device has a blue light and is connected to the Router via Ethernet.

Any Ideas?

What kind of trouble are you having, using which program or software? Can you access the My Cloud Dashboard using a web browser? Have you tried using the IP address for the My Cloud when accessing it? Is your broadband provider AT&T Uverse?
