Cloud offline. I used it until yesterday, but it’s suddenly offline today.
The same problem. Since today morning WD My Cloud Home device appears offline over the internet through WD Discovery, Web Interface, and Mobile app. Devices restart not help. My router is connected to the internet and sure there’s no problem because I can access the Internet and other internet services expecally to other old WD’s myCloud.

Same for me. Offline from Wd Discovery ( Mac - Windows ), iOS app, website.
Same here in Italy. No connection to MyCloudHome, no answer from ticket, no answer from online chat…It’s impossible work today. The frontal led is in “Slow Breath” but the router admin page sign it connected. The problem is probably a server side prob. But where is the WD support??
