Login to My Cloud Home and Get "Device is Offline"

Already verified the LAN is working correctly. Can I reset my device and regain connectivity, if not what do I need to do.

Hello, same problem here, slow breathing light and everywhere I try (Mac and iPhone) it says it’s offline.

Entered a trouble ticket and waiting for a response. Recomnend you do the same. I will follow up w I th an email after it is fixed. This might be a bigger problem for the My Cliud Community.
