Hi,
My cloud home has been working pretty well since the time i bought it. But last 3 months i hadn’t used it much. And when i try to use it now it shows as offline on my laptop & phone.
I also tried restarting by pushing the buttons behind for 15 secs, the front LED is stable and both the lights behind next to the LAN port are light up.
i tried the afb (doesnt work) and smb (device does not exist) method both unsuccessful.
Please help me out.
P.S. I use a Mac and Windows laptop
